  • 1990-: practicing attorney specializing in Life Sciences:
  • drafting and reviewing clinical trial agreements and related privacy issues, marketing authorizations and drug advertising, as well as extensive counseling on technology transfer and university spin-offs, advising universities, biotech start-ups, venture capitalists and multinational pharmaceutical companies
  • handling contentious and non-contentious regulatory work for the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry, including the co-ordination of industry-wide litigation involving pricing, and litigation involving reimbursement by national healthcare insurers
  • general practice, including court appointments as trustee in bankruptcy, followed by six years in Corporate Finance department, handling cross-border M&A, venture capital transactions and IPO’s
